3. Broker Price Opinions can NOT be considered as appraisals. They are price opinions provided by a real estate broker. The actual appraised value of the subject property could be determined only by a licensed appraiser and maybe different from the price opinion provided by Home-Wize.com Inc.

4. Home-Wize.com Inc. reserves the rights to refuse services to anyone due to any reason. If Home-Wize.com Inc. refuse services, broker price opinion fees will be returned.

5. Completed reports will be delivered via E-mail to customer's e-mail address provided during the ordering process. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery e-mail address and make sure that Home-Wize.com Inc. e-mail address (mycomp@CompMyLoan.com) has been placed on a "white list" with any spam filter associated with the delivery e-mail account.
